Beyonce Knowles is to launch her own perfume. Now it has officically been announced that the ‘Single Ladies’ singer has signed a $20 million deal with a fragrance company Coty to create a scent that willembody her personality.

Over the weekend, she was busy checking out Art Basel in Miami, and last night (December 7)  Beyonce Knowles flew up to Washington DC for the 2008 Kennedy Center Honors.

The “Crazy in Love” songstress was spotted hamming it up on the red carpet, looking ravishing in a strapless black corset-style dress teamed with a prom-style updo before performing for the long list of dignitaries and celebrities in attendance.

And it sounds like Knowles may be planning a trip to England to perform on “The X-Factor,” effectively casting aside her feud with the show’s creator  Simon Cowell.

Beyonce is scheduled to perform on the show’s finale December 13th, despite Cowell’s comments years ago that she’s “not sexy,” and “not a good singer.” Back then, she rebutted, "Simon wouldn't know a hit song, image or talent if it hit him in the face."

A rep from the show told press, "Beyonce and Simon can put their differences from years ago to one side. He is way past it. Beyonce singing live is something to behold and would just be brilliant."

It’s unique enough, unless she goes by Solange Knowles so that people will know who her sister is? Hmmmm. I’m thinking it may be the latter, something Papa Knowles suggested.

But I think going by just Solange would be more fitting and more original.

Hilary Duff as sure grown up, and really hot. She is also one of our best dressed on the list. Keep up the good work Hilary.

Forget the dress, which is so hott, but check out this girls body. Gisele showed up at the event just to let everyone knows she is the hottest and the highest paid model in the world. Younglifestyle really loves you Queen G.
We love Kate Mara's dress, its designed by the one and only Mr Zac Posen who escorted her to the event. Zac is such a brilliant designer all his creations are really hot. He is our favorite designer after the legendary Marc Jacobs.
