Spring will soon be with us and we have to think about shoes to wear in this really beautiful season.
The spring trends are more or less predictable but there are some new tendencies that you should be aware of.
So, here you are the styles which are going to be in vogue in the forthcoming season:
Hot tints: Orange and Pink
Orange is a top trend color for shoes in spring 2009. It is bright, lively and dynamic.
There will be plenty of bright tints this spring in garments as well but it is better to combine flesh hues in clothes with bright colors in shoes to create a nice-looking image.
Famous designers teamed up to give classic and iconic Doc Martens a trendy makeover. Docs never get old or out of fashion so why not make them brighter, more extravagant and super exclusive?
According to The Fashion Time Magazine, such designers as Vivienne Westwood, Preen, Rick Owens, Sean P Diddy Combs and his Sean John house, Levi Strauss and others put their heads together to redesign your favorite docs.
So here are some of the new designs. Which one is your favorite? I heart Vivienne Westwood’s design.

If you have already chosen the dress for the New Year party you must think of an appropriate pair of shoes, a bag and jewelry
to accessorize your gown. It is not easy to choose something really
nice but I guess we can help you understand what kind of items you
should look for.
Shoes for the New Year party must be very bright, with extremely high heels and even some décor.
The trendiest shoes are those that are rich in color and have metallic shining, sequins, prints or made of leather of several hues.
Winter is around the corner and we have to think about footwear for this snowy season. Couturiers have determined the hot trends of this winter already and we can start looking for a pair or two that will save us from winter cold.
Choosing designer footwear is always a complicated thing. When we see collections on the runways we usually consider the models to be too vulgar, radical, exquisite, brutal, glamorous, etc. It often seems to us that while creating lines designers were reflecting about everything but not an ordinary woman who has to lead a hectic life.
But when we look closer we see that this trapeze skirt can go well with high-stiletto shoes or that coat may be very well accessorized with a pair of ankle boots.
This way we realize that extremely high heels, huge platforms or even a weird structure instead the first and the second can be quite acceptable for every day wear. And we should just have a close look to select something that really matches our own style.
First of all we have to decide what we prefer: heels or a platform.
Let’s start from heels.
Plenty of celebrities are fond of collecting retro clothing now.
The sales are booming as never before. However, retro footwear is not so popular with collectors. Probably, it’s just a matter of time…
Some footwear designers have created their recent collections on the basis of vintage ones.
For example, in the early 2000s, Miu Miu, inspired by Terry de Havilland’s Seventies’ platforms, produced a collection leading to a resurrection of the shoe designer’s career. Now de Havilland’s fantastic pop-art python-skin heels regularly sell for high prices at auctions.

Madonna has given a pair of Versace Sandals to the Marshalls Celebrity Shoe Auction.
A pair of Jay-Z's sneakers, Regis Philbin's Bostonians and Maria Sharapova's tennis shoes, among other celebrity foot bags, are also available by auction.
Most of the celebrity shoes are on display at Marshalls stores.
Madonna’s sandals, and the rest of the Marshalls Celebrity Shoe Auction items, are only available until Oct 30.
Some good advice
• Going to a shop, be defined, which footwear is necessary to you, and it is even better to put on those clothes which you will wear it with.
• Try, that your footwear had a different height of a heel, as constant wearing of high hairpins can lead to atrophy of the Achilles’ sinew, which elasticity should be restored long.
• Do not buy footwear, if your feet have got tired, not to be disappointed next day.
• Quality of shoe pair is defined this way: genuine leather, equal seams (especially on a heel), a proof sole, rigid sock and heel. On a heel seams of a lining and footwear should not coincide.
• High heel should be checked up in shop on durability.
• Choose scrupulously, try, ask sellers about manufacturers, guarantee coupon.
• Protect your feet. Indulge them with expensive shoes, boots, botillions. Your image should look harmoniously, therefore it is necessary to consider all fashionable novelties, but not to pursue them blindly.
Also do not forget - footwear can tell much more about us, than we would like, therefore a good choice is a real victory.
It was Gwyneth Paltrow who first marked the return of the killer heel when she stepped out in pair of sky-high stilettos at the Iron Man première earlier this year.
Lily Allen then followed suit, turning heads in Chanel platforms and proudly flying the fetish-shoe flag for Britain.
But now, true to form, Victoria Beckham has upstaged them all.
Height of fashion: Victoria Beckham on a shopping trip at Westside Pavillion Mall in Los AngelesAfter being pictured in a pair of Antonio Berardi heel-less PVC boots last week, the fashionista has once again defied gravity, this time on a shopping trip with her sons.
The metallic platforms seemed innocent enough, but on closer inspection, Victoria made making her way through the shopping mall in a pair of dangerously thread-thin stilettos.
Unsurprisingly though, the ultra-skinny Spice Girl, who claims to be unable to concentrate in flat shoes, kept her balance. Perhaps it was the oversized handbag - and holding Cruz's hand - that helped keep her steady.

And whereas most mums would be content to enter a toy store in a pair of jeans and trainers, the 34-year-old opted for a thigh-skimming bright orange shift dress and sunglasses for the Build-A-Bear workshop with sons Brooklyn, nine; Romeo, six; and Cruz, three.
Clearly
unable to walk up any stairs, the fashion designer wisely chose to use
the lift instead but appeared to have some trouble fitting in with her
large entourage and shopping bags.
Meanwhile, husband David was on the other side of the country playing football with LA Galaxy, who are performing badly this season.
